I’m going to bed soon; watching a streaming series that I’ve been meaning to watch, but only got around to it recently. It’s a bit boring so of course I’m second screening it…when I realize it’s literally been six years since I’ve made a post here. I know it’s costing me some amount of money to keep the name and location of this site, but I’m embarrassed to admit I don’t know how much. I had high hopes of posting with a greater degree of frequency than once every six years. Certainly much has happened over the last six years. So…what’s the deal? For the roughly 3 people that might actually read this…why is this so hard to do? There’s a vast expense of content out there and it seems like it’s all TikTok. YouTube shorts. Instagram Reels. Can I grow a community if I don’t show my face, or broadcast a video game, or play a prank? Do I stick with it or do I move on?
